Samantha Pyfferoen

Born and raised in Kasson, then returning to Byron after school, Sam is a Southeast Minnesota expert. Sam and her husband live on a rural property that they’ve invested a ton of sweat equity into. Her favorite part is the reward of seeing the results of their efforts.

Her previous experience within building custom homes brings immense knowledge to her clients. Then after being a licensed realtor for 8 years, Sam decided she could serve her clients in a greater capacity by obtaining her brokers license. She also volunteers on the MLS Board of Directors and local Young Professionals Network, with previously volunteering for her hometown’s Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for 6 years.

While working for a custom home builder, Sam realized that she loved the personal touch and communication with the clients. Also, she was drawn to the significance of real estate, being able to help people with one of their greatest investments. Being a realtor, she welcomes the challenges and enjoys the constant opportunities it provides in becoming better professionally and personally.

If there’s free time Sam and her husband can be found outdoors - whether it’s snowmobiling, four-wheeling, fishing, hiking, or grilling..the list goes on
