Samantha and her husband Tyler fell in love with Asheville on their many vacations to the area with their family because of the town's beautiful mountains, artistic culture and everything the outdoors have to offer. They invested in their first home in Hendersonville, which they have renovated themselves. In Asheville, Samantha has worked for Moog Music, assisting her fellow colleagues with employee benefits in her human resource role. She knows the importance of communication and guidance when it comes to making important life decisions. She also served as the Executive Assistant to the President of Moog, in which her organizational skills and attention to detail made her a valuable asset.

Samantha is involved in the community, participating in local 5Ks to promote health awareness. She also supports youth sports that her children, Kandise and Kyle participate in. She loves spending time with her family, including her two pups and horses. In the summers, you can find her on the beach of Lake Lure, exploring Chimney Rock, or hiking the trails and soaking in the breathtaking views.
