Samantha is hand out my fav go-to person for all of my real estate needs. She helped me get me into my house exactly 4 weeks from our first meeting to the signing date (and getting the keys). I also ended up on local news because Samantha is a rockstar. Her colleague, Michelle Thach, was also very helpful during my first home purchase. This duo will move heaven and earth to get you what want for your home. 10 stars!

Samatha Tov listens to your needs . Than she exceeds finding and getting me into contract on my Ekl Gruve home . It was so competitive but Sanantha had relationships with other agents and that was the icing on listing agent to accept my offer over similar offer by another real estate company . I ran into Samantha 10 years ago in the Sacramento area, and have bought/sold 4 properties with her since then. We went from perfect strangers to good friends. She understands the market, the people, and the business, and above all, she is a good person that you would want to be friend with. She listens and understands what we need, and what our counterparties want, and negotiates well, We are happy with the results. Samantha is quite resourceful and has good relationship with local repair crews and other helpers. She works efficiently. We were also grateful that she went out of her way to help us in various things about our properties.

Working with Samantha Tov was a real dream come true. Just before we were ready to list the house, Covid hit then my husband became ill and we had to wait. She was nothing but kind, courteous, always willing to help with anything. My husband passed away in July and she was there to help me get ready for the estate sale and then the listing.
