I came in contact with Samrat through Zillow while looking for a house and I could not have been luckier to have such a great agent! He is very personable yet professional. Tells you what you need to know upfront to ease your worries and gives tips on where to get what you need after you close! I started the process at the end of June and was done closing by the start of August. We were able to negotiate a price below the listing price even in this market and he facilitated a good mortgage company that made the process quick. Even a complete home inspection was done! I would highly recommend Samrat to family and friends looking for a new home!

The process of selling our house during a pandemic seem daunting however once we met Sam it was smooth sailing, he was knowledgeable, responsive and most of all caring,
Our house sold in one day and Sam held our hand throughout the entire process
