About Samson

I Served for 4 years in the United States Army 82nd Airborne Division. I Completed a 12 month tour of duty in Afghanistan. I am currently serving in the United States Army Reserves as a Sergeant. Throughout my military career I have trained and mentored soldiers and accomplished many different missions with limited resources at my disposal.

I was awarded Bronze Circle of Excellence for 2015 and 2016 as well as Rookie of the year 2015 and the BHGRE Silver award for 2016. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, the Passaic County Board of Realtors, the Garden State Multiple Listing Service, the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service and the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service. I am also a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist.

I graduated from Wayne Valley High School and I attended William Paterson University. I currently live in Wayne New Jersey where I grew up and spent most of my life. I spent time doing different jobs involving home renovation including kitchens, bathrooms, decks, and painting.

I am a driven, goal oriented person. I strive to be the best at anything I do. When it comes to Real Estate I always put my client's needs first.

He sent me listings daily and I felt he knew what we were looking for. He catered to our hectic schedule and was available nights and weekends. We finally found our dream home and it turned out to be a difficult deal. Samson Romano was there through it all and we appreciate all his hard work to get it done. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, attention to detail, and resolving quickly the myriad problems that arose during the real estate process. The home I sold was a challenge to sell and Sam was able to price it realistically and it was sold very quickly. His advise was spot on and very comforting for a transaction that I was not at all familiar with. Great job!

The different places he had hand picked for us were all well within what we had asked of him, monetarily, area wise, and in reasonable condition. He was very knowledgeable about the process, seeing as how it was our first time buying. Sam explained everything to us, and showed us everything we needed to know along the way. He stayed in constant contact with us, to reassure us about whatever question we presented him with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. I will definitely be using him again in the future when it comes time to buy or sell.
