Samuel Boatman

Originally from Stillwater, Minnesota, Sam has always loved the Twin Cities metro. Sam’s family always knew he would become a real estate agent. As a child, Sam always wanted to go tour homes during the Parade of Homes. After graduating from Stillwater Area High School, Sam started working in the banking industry before making a job shift to work for a local appraisal company. In 2017, Sam decided to use his passion for helping others to guide them towards their real estate goals. Since getting licensed, Sam has grown his passion and his brand to a new level and looks forward to helping others every day.

As an agent, Sam holds himself to a high level of care for every client. With his direct, but friendly approach to real estate, Sam ensures his clients feel educated, comfortable, and confident in the choices they are making while also making the process fun and exciting. He strives to be responsive, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and a life-long resource in the real estate world.

A self named “Doodle Dad”, you can find Sam playing with his goldendoodle, Baguette, in his free time. Sam also loves home design and keeping up on what’s trending in interior design. An avid traveler, Sam typically is drawn to the ocean, but also enjoys a road trip up north. One of Sam’s biggest goals is to purchase a cabin for his family to enjoy and to continue traveling to new places.
