I had an amazing experience purchasing a home with Sam Kim as my realtor. Sam helped us navigate an unprecedented market and walked us through ways that we can craft the best offer for us. Sam was available at a moments notice to take my calls. With Sam we saw a house the first day it was on the market and had our offer accepted the next day. He then walked with us through each step of the buying process coordinating with The lender and the title company. Sam was simply amazing!
