If you are looking for, professional, experienced, committed, reliable realtor, I highly recommend Sanaz and her team. They take over anything you don't want to or can’t handle and they have your back!!!

Sanaz was great at giving us the right advice and list of things needed to get takers and spike interest in our properties. We sold not one, but two properties with her; our first experience was amazing with 12 offers on our apartments in the first week and sold the first one in only 3 weeks.

Sanaz is honest and considerate. She will tell you how it is; she made what could have been a stressful difficult process as seamless as could be. Her knowledge, hard work ethics and professionalism are very much appreciated and respected.

She is simply the best realtor we have worked with. My partner’s aunty is currently working with her as well and she is one tough cookie!

If you are looking to lease or buy property I highly recommend Sanaz Sepidar at The Agency in Los Angeles. She is very knowledgeable and works efficiently to help her clients find exactly what they are looking for.

She helped my family find our first leased home where we are currently raising two kids. It is a beautiful home in Irvine and a great neighborhood to raise young kids. In addition to helping us find our current home, she helped us purchase our new home that we are remodeling and hoping to move into end of this year.

Our current lease is almost over and I was nervous that the remodeling on the new home would not be completed in time for us to move. She helped us negotiate an extension on our current lease so that we have plenty of time to finish our remodel and move.

She understands our needs as a new family and has been such a huge help in the lease/owning home process. We wouldn't have been able to do it without her and I am so grateful. Her professionalism and immaculate sense of taste really sets her above the rest. I would recommend her to anyone who searching for a short term or long term future home. Leasing and Buying a home can be stressful, but Sanaz will walk you step by step so you will feel at ease the entire time.
