About Sandi

Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Finlinson graduated from Valley High School. She attended Western Kentucky University. Sandi worked various jobs gaining valuable experience in her early years while raising her children. One of those jobs was with the Marion County Court System as a Liaison working with the defendant and the Court. She was then employed by one of Indianapolis' largest Law Firms working with clients in a customer service capacity. One particularly important step in Finlinson's future was her job working for Bud Tucker, founder of the FC Tucker Real Estate Company, in his corporate office. It was at this stage that she realized her true calling was in sales and marketing. Finlinson began that career at Logo 7, one of the first promotional logo apparel companies. Logo 7 sold to major sports teams & fans. Sandi became the Director of Corporate Sales & Marketing, handling negotiations of contracts as companies began using major sports team logos for marketing purposes. After Logo 7 was sold, Finlinson started her own company, The Executive Line and specialized in corporate apparel marketing. This company grew into Fincorp. With over 60,000 SF of manufacturing capability - the company had the first license for The Indianapolis Motor Speedway, The Pan American Games as well as producing products for Gatorade/Michael Jordan, Motorola/Andretti Racing, Jack Daniels, Wal-Mart, Bill Dance Fishing, NASCAR, and many other large corporations. Finlinson designed and created the Gatorade Towel that is still used on the sidelines of most all sporting events.

Finlinson has had a real estate license for 40+ years, but in 2006 became intrigued with matching her contract negotiating skills and her marketing with real estate. She started with a franchise company, but soon realized that was not her future. She then started Welbourne Realty with Duke Homes. Welbourne became a major player in the real estate market. Since Finlinson had owned and managed her own companies, she quickly realized it was time to do that again. Landhawk Real Estate was born in 2008.
