Sandi and her team are absolutely amazing! With less than two weeks notice, she and Loria were able to get my boyfriend and I into around 12 properties that matched our preferences all in the span of 2 days! Loria spent all of those two days explaining the process and was incredibly patient and kind to us.

After finding our dream house, Sandi continued to guide me through the process and was happy to answer all of my questions, whether via call or text. She also fought for me as the contracts were written.

I would recommend Sandi and her team to everyone! They are genuinely good people who know how to do their job VERY effectively. I’m now the proud owner of a beautiful home and wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

These people are great. I felt like I was in control the whole time without being pushed around. They’re not going to let you buy the wrong house, and they won’t push you to buy the wrong house either. They did their jobs well.

If I could give Sandi a thousand stars, I would. She has worked through every single challenge thrown at us.
She visited the house I was trying to sell. Got someone over to explain to me what I need to do in order to put it on the market. Set a goal date and created a plan to reach said date.
I moved away from the house. When I moved out she hired someone to clean it for me. Hired someone else to cut my grass while I was gone. She even sent someone over to my house to wait on someone to turn off a service because I wasn’t going to be there.
Her response time is honestly untouched by ANYONE. We had an agent try to sell our home before and fired them after 6 months. Sandi sold our house in 2! It would have taken less time but we had some obstacles to go through.
She’s super honest, super fast and genuinely cares about her clients. 10,000 out of 10 would recommend.

We just closed on our first house. Sandi and her team took us through the process wonderfully. Tony drove us out to the new house for our first look and also our final walk through. Karen helped us with all the lawyer contacts for final closing. Since we had never bought a home before, we had lots of questions. Everyone was very helpful and patient with us. And they are a wealth of information for the best sources we'll need to take care of our home; contractors, utilities, etc. My wife is a veteran, and they were the first to help us with all of our VA questions. They recommended USAA for insuring our home and we ended up using them. They had the best quote with considerably better coverage than bundling with our current auto/renters insurance.

Sandi provided good/effective advices during negotiation (we followed her suggestions); responded quickly to questions and concerns.
We bought the house at price we wanted to pay (lower than was asked) which was the goal.
Anthony was accommodating with the appointment times, provided references for professionals to complete house updates, and was responding quickly to questions about the house.

Advise - check the spelling of names on final offer and ownership transfer documents. Ours had a spelling error which was fixed the day of closing before leaving the bank. Also let the realtor and bank (both of them) know your choice of attorney. Our attorney was switched without our approval/notification and we were surprised to see someone different at closing.

I met Sandi when she took care of dad's house. Sandi told us everything she was going to do and answered questions for us. When it was time to move on from my house, Sandi reached out to me and was so patient and passionate about finding us a great home. Finding a home for our family wasn't an easy task and she could have asked us to be with another agent but she stayed with us and showed us house after house. She would look up information on each house and see if there is any red flags. Many times there were and others we discovered them together. Not knowing much about the housing market when we started in September to learning a lot of things we like and don't like in between then and now made Sandi and us a pretty great team. When we got to see our house that was meant for us, she dropped everything and got our offer written so we could get it. Sandi worked her tail off to make sure we were protected and taken care of. Sandi helped me with first home purchase. She was impressively professional and a real fighter when it comes to making sure that I got the most out of the seller and my lender. From the first time we talked, before I was even approved for my loan, to this day, she has been ready to help me understand every step of the home buying process. It can be difficult and even scary finding somewhere for your family to call home, but truthfully, Sandi has this way of making sure the whole process is as streamline, understandable, and fun as possible. I well definitely be using Sandi's services when it's time to sell this home and to buy my next. Oh yeah! She works for YOU when YOU need her, not just 9am-5pm. She stayed up all night writing out my offer so I could close on my house when I wanted. Not to mention, Sandi has her own team of specialized agents, lenders, and inspectors to fit your needs if you cant find one or are having trouble with your current one. 10/10 service
