Sandra is a great person to work with. She is the best agent I have worked with or interviewed. It was of utmost importance that I work with someone motivated and responsive and she didn’t let me down. For an agent as successful as she is she didn’t push off duties to a subordinate. It goes without saying any land purchases I do going forward will be handled by her. If you are reading this with the intent on buying or selling it mitigates a lot of stress and headaches having a really good agent. You can absolutely do worse finding an agent but I’m uncertain that you can find better.

We have entrusted Sandra with not only the sale and purchase of our own homes but also our parent’s house. She is super experienced in the market and that showed through the top dollar value we received on our house sale. She was very responsive to any of our questions and always had the answer readily available. She was very patient with us as we looked at several homes over the time span of several months and ensured our closing went smooth once we found our dream home. We recommend her to all our family and friends! She is an amazing agent and resource to have on your team when buying or selling your house!

Sandra is truly gifted and couldn’t be in a better profession. We struggled for over a year in a red hot real estate market looking at houses that required a ton of sacrifice and didn’t fit the bill for what we wanted. Even $50k over, we kept getting outbid and missing out on our dream of homeownership. A friend referred me to Sandra who within moments of meeting had already started a search that brought us to new homes we couldn’t even find listed anywhere. She’s networked beyond anything you can imagine and had us looking at houses practically overnight that shot our dreams out of the water. Homes we wouldn’t even dare to look at they were so far above and beyond what we thought we could obtain. I’m a few short months we had an accepted offer on a home that outdid every ask we made of Sandra and the price was so right! I won’t ever shop for another realtor, I refer everyone I know to her, and should the time come we ever need to buy or sell, she’s the first call I will be making. I highly recommend Sandra to be your realtor. I had been receiving her quarterly reports and reached out to her when we decided to sell our property.  I discovered Sandra via her informative quarterly mailer. While initially hesitant to go that route vs a personal connection, I could not have been more pleased in my discovery of Sandra!  Throughout the process of selling our property she was fully engaged, caring, extremely knowledgeable, confident, professional, always available and of high integrity.  She understood the market, the neighborhood and how to properly price and present our property to buyers and realtors.  She listened and understood our needs and ensured we met our goals.   She was always anticipating the next step of the process and kept us informed as to what would be required of us versus what she could take care of via her network of resources.  Because we dont live in the area this last point was extremely valuable to us.  She supported us and helped us navigate decisions and trade offs and was Johnny on the spot whenever I had a question or a worry.  In the end Sandra saw us through a successful sale of our property in a timely fashion that was burden free. It was such a different experience from prior realtors who had dropped balls and let me down. I highly recommend Sandra for your realtor needs. She is the best!

Everything that could go wrong with a real estate deal went wrong with our selling/buying experience, but Sandra was amazing through it all. She was extremely responsive to my many inquiries and questions, along with my fears and frustrations. We could not have survived the ups and downs to get to our dream house without her steady encouragement and "find the answers" attitude. I can not say enough "thank you's" for her to know how much we appreciate everything she did on our behalf.
