My family and I have lived in the Santa Maria Valley for 30 years. I attended Santa Maria High School and later earned my Associate of Arts degree from Allan Hancock College. As a long time resident, I’ve enjoyed the advantages of living on the Central Coast; our near-perfect year-round weather, proximity to destination beach communities, and the small town feel.
I am a full time Realtor, baseball mom, and together with my husband of 19 years, a local business owner for 16 years. Professional and personal service are my top priority -- I believe in homeownership as a long term wealth builder for my clients and I’m dedicated to helping them toward that goal. First time home buyers are a passion of mine as well as move-up buyers looking to finally purchase the home of their dreams.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the Santa Maria Association of Realtors. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and I have worked in the real estate industry for over 5 years. Recently, I obtained my Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification from the National Association of Realtors so that I am better able to serve homeowners who find themselves in financial distress due to circumstances beyond their control.
