Sandra was EXCEPTIONAL, she sold my father's house within 3 days of listing! Following the unexpected passing of my father, Sandra was so helpful with her knowledge and expertise even with regard to non-real estate issues. She went above and beyond her duties as a realtor, she coordinated the contractors and estimates needed to get the house ready for sale and for repair issues after home inspection. Sandra was compassionate and sympathetic during our time of grief. Sandra was on point down to the most minute detail and ensured that we received top dollar for our sale. She was always available for us and responded promptly whenever we had questions or concerns. We would ABSOLUTELY work with Sandra again with regard to any of our real estate needs!

Sandra was incredibly helpful through our whole house buying process. From the get-go she was 100% honest and straightforward, showing us numerous options and diligently working to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Most importantly, I truly believe Sandra had our best interests in mind and just wanted us to be happy with our first house-- she made us feel like one of her family. She was always easily accessible by phone, text, or email and always on time for our meetings.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sandra to anyone looking to rent or buy a new house (I even recommended her to my little sister). She is a true pleasure to work with!

It wasn't hard for us to determine Sandra was the perfect fit for our project. We were dealt lemons and Sandra was able to assist us with making lemonade!! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and always kept our interests in mind. Having a local agent to Somerset, NJ we believe helped us with selling our property. We will definitely recommend Sandra, and will be using her again in the near future.
