I couldn't be happier with my experience of buying my first home. Sandra, Kim and the team were amazing and helped me through every step of the way. She always made time for all of my questions, concerns and needs. She took care of everything and made sure this was a stress and worry free process. Even now after moving into my new home, she has continued to be available and ensure me that if I need anything to reach out to her. I know that I have found the perfect home for my family and I to grow and make many memories for years to come.

We were looking for a house and they were quick to narrow down exactly what we were looking for. They would walk the homes we viewed and point out anything they found concerning to make sure we were fully happy with the house. They were with us every step to make sure all the t's were crossed and i's dotted. Gave some excellent referrals for everything we would need to settle on our new home. Wonderful people, very professional, and exceptionally kind. Will recommend to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Sandra is extremely easy to work with and she knows the market very well. She quickly determines what the clients like and what type of home will please them. She then makes recommendations and arranges tours and responds quickly. to the fast changing market. We had a relative with us on our walkthroughs and they actually had her find a home for them with which they are extremely happy. They referred her to an in-law who also found Sandra to be great to work with and bought a home in the same community. Sandra does not pressure the client and allows them to make the decisions. She also follows the client all the way through the purchase process wether it is an existing home or a new construction. Having her extra pair of eyes is a really big help when doing a walkthrough and doing settlement procedures even during the pandemic.
