My family and I have known Sandra for many years. This is at least the third transaction that she handled for us. This deal was particularly challenging. We were selling my parents final home in order to comply with medicaid rules. It was complicated, messy and emotionally exhausting and Sandra stayed the course and kept all involved on target and on track. She is a total professional that knows what she's doing and most of what the others should be doing as well. My family and I owe her a huge debt of gratitude. She will forever be our hero.
