Sandra Madigan

Sandee Madigan is a realtor with Keller Williams Realty in Santa Fe, New Mexico and the owner of a successful Real Estate business serving Buyers & Sellers in our beautiful “City Different”. With a passion for helping others live their Santa Fe dream, she approaches every transaction with the same energy and determination that she had when dreaming her own home into existence. After years of visiting Santa Fe and dreaming of making this community our home, her husband Tom and she finally started the construction of their home in 2015. Working with local architects and builders, they designed and built the home they were dreaming of for so long. With a background in design, Sandee is able to appreciate the various styles and unique floor-plans of the homes in Santa Fe, this also allows her to assist her clients in understanding what works best for them and their needs. In addition, as a previous owner of several successful small businesses, Sandee has the skills necessary to professionally negotiate for her clients. As an Associate Broker in the top 20% of the Keller Williams Santa Fe office, she works diligently with current residents, newcomers and investors to find beautiful permanent homes, amazing second homes and lucrative investment properties. When not showing properties or negotiating contracts, Sandee enjoys spending time with Tom exploring New Mexico.
