Sandra (Sandi) Ragland Painter is a Virginia Tech alumna with majors in both Art and Horticulture, which paved the way for her career in real estate. With many years of experience as a state licensed Horticulturist, Sandi transitioned into real estate in 2003, obtaining the Graduate, Realtor Institute designation (GRI) in 2004. Throughout her career, she has taken pride in assisting a diverse range of clients, from first-time buyers to seasoned professionals, leveraging her ability to listen attentively and understand her clients' needs. With over two decades spent in the home improvement industry, Sandi has honed her skills continuously.

Her college training in art instilled in her a passion for architecture and design, while her horticulture background proves invaluable in gardening endeavors. A local graduate of Waynesboro High School, Sandi has always called the Valley home. She currently resides in Augusta County with her husband Doug and their cat, "Max." Together, they have one son and three wonderful grandchildren, with whom they cherish spending time.
