Sandra 'Sandie' Strout

Hi, I’m Sandie Strout, and I’ve spent most of my life in beautiful Southern Idaho. I’ve been a successful business owner in the Magic Valley since 2000 and am proud to serve as a Premiere Agent with Equity Northwest Real Estate | Southern Idaho.

I am married and we have one son. My husband serves with the Twin Falls Fire Department and proudly serves in the U.S. Army. Our son is active in golf and will be heading back to Virginia for college this fall. God, family and service are at the core of who we are.

My love for real estate began working alongside my father, who was also in the business. Buying, remodeling, and selling properties were some of our greatest adventures—and yes, some of our most memorable debates. Our final project together was the remodel of a building I still own today. I often reflect on those intense discussions and the incredible memories that meaningful projects create. Years in the business have taught me many valuable lessons!

Today, I proudly call Twin Falls home. My family enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, traveling, and spending quiet evenings on the front porch with friends and family—creating memories that last a lifetime.

As a military family, we hold the highest respect for the men and women who serve our country and the sacrifices their families make. We are deeply grateful for their commitment and dedication.
