Sandy did an outstanding job not only marketing and selling our home but the follow up work with contractors that were needed to complete the warranty work for items that needed repair after the buyers inspection were very timely and competitively priced. She also keep us informed about the timing of the closing date. I would say the follow up work after we had an agreed upon sale price was one of the most important aspects of the entire process. My husband and I were working with another realtor before we met Sandy. As you can imagine in this market, you need a realtor who is quick to act, knows how to make your offer look like the best one around, and ensures you get everything you are looking for. I'm not sure if our previous realtor grew inpatient, or didn't have enough time, but we were serious buyers who needed a serious agent. Working with sandy was like night and day. Not only was she patient, She was understood our needs in looking for a home. She was always responsive to text, email and calls, and would always get back to you quickly. We are so glad we went with Sandy Blonsky we even decided to sell my mothers house with her.

Sandy was the listing agent for 4 properties in our family over the course of a few years. She was a delight to work with - knowledgeable, honest, friendly, helpful. The properties all sold within a short time of the listing (the most recent in about 10 days!), and at fair market value. Sandy Blonsky and Sue Carpenter are an excellent team. We had a very large house to sell in a not so good market. We wanted to downsize for our upcoming retirements. Sandy advised us on how to get the house ready for show. Luckily, we fell in love with one of the homes Sue showed us and we purchased it within the short timeframe. The negotiations between us and the current owners for the correct price went late into the night via phone calls. We moved into our ranch in Gates, NY 7 years ago.
