I worked with Sandy to buy and sell a house. She communicated well and kept me informed. She knew the builders of the houses in the community I was interested in and I was able to view all the houses for sale...In one evening! We found the perfect one, made an offer, and 2 months later once it was complete, it was mine! I waited to sell my old house but when I deceided to put it on the market, she had it sold within hours! She was always available to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend her!
