Sandy Broadway

Sandy, born and raised in Peggy, Texas, obtained her BBA in Accounting from Texas State University, and began her professional career in Dallas in the Commodity Futures Funds industry where she worked with private investors, trading houses, traders and systems developers. Later in her career, a move closer to home lead Sandy to accept a position with the Hyatt Corporation as part of their charter management team for their resort division. Sandy’s broad background in accounting/finance and hospitality, combined with her high energy, enthusiasm for life, and innate desire to help others eventually led her to South Padre Island real estate sales in 2008. Before making the move to Keller Williams she launched her career with RE/MAX. Sandy’s dedication and drive quickly propelled her to top producer status, and she continued setting personal and company production records annually. She soon became a top selling Realtor® in the South Padre Island area and one of the top listing and selling agents in Cameron County. In 2017, she began to expand her business model, and quickly grew her specialty niche in the investment property arena. In her rare downtime, Sandy loves spending time with her family and friends outdoors. Fishing, boating, scuba diving, hunting and traveling are some of her favorite hobbies. She is also an advocate for the local Laguna Madre Humane Society and has served on their Board of Directors. Sandy and her husband, Craig, are parents to a beautiful daughter, Myranda, who is studying to become a veterinarian at Texas A&M, College Station. They are also parents to 3 sweet pups, Sophia, Oscar and Isabella, who after being rescued from the Laguna Madre Humane Society have been living the good life on sunny South Padre Island, Texas.
