Sandy was resourceful and imaginative as she worked to help us find just the right place to live. With limited time to set up appointments over a holiday weekend as we were coming from a long distance, she quickly discerned our needs and negotiated with other realtors to set up visits to fit our schedule. Her warm personal skills helped in dealing not just with us, but with all the other people involved in real estate transactions. Sandy is the best, she is super quick (I'm talking minutes!) to respond to you, to set up showings, and to handle any issues you have along the way. That was important for me since I was buying my first home in an insanely competitive market, I'd send her a house and within minutes she'd respond with her thoughts on the price/worth and the area, and then if we decided it was a good fit she'd schedule a showing for that day! She will be your biggest advocate, from start to finish. Love her and so glad we found my PERFECT FIRST HOME!!
