EDUCATION: Graduate of Coker College - 1976 BA in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education, Graduate of Francis Marion College - 1991 Masters in Elementary Education Masters + 30 - 1992,

EMPLOYMENT: Employed by the Darlington County School District in South Carolina for a period of 26 years. 4th grade for a period of 5 years, 8th grade Earth Science for a period of 15 years, and 5 year old Kindergarten for a period of 6 years. I had enough years in that I could leave the Darlington County School District in 2002. I started my real estate career in September 2002, working for Coldwell Banker Gandy-Tiller. I am currently the Broker/Owner of Palmetto Realty in Hartsville, SC. I was formerly the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Results Realty which I opened in October 2008. I was the 2015 President of the REALTOR® Association of the Greater P. Dee.

PERSONAL: I am a lifelong South Carolina resident. I have been married for 46 years to Buster Gaskins. We have 2 sons; Jody and Kevin, 4 grandchildren; Allison, Jordan, Nathan and Eli. and twin great grandchildren: Lyles and Langston.
