I was out of town when a posting for a house that I was very interested in popped up. Sandy toured the house multiple times for me, sending me pictures and expert opinions on the house. She did such a good job that I put in an offer on the place without having toured it myself! I've never been happier with a purchase, and I owe it all to Sandy, who fielded my barrage of questions professionally and facilitated all the paperwork in an easy to understand way. I would highly recommend Sandy to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the seacoast area.

As a first time homebuyer, Sandy was a great Realtor to have. She always answered my questions and even though I wasn't buying an expensive house she always made my viewings feel as if they were her priority, often scheduling things at the last minute to fit my schedule. Any issues that came up she always went to bat for me and provided excellent support through the whole buying process. When I am ready to sell and buy again, I will be contacting her.

Sandy is a great realtor! She knows several areas of NH like Exeter, Epping, Raymond, Barrington, Dover, Northwood, and the list goes on. She also has great connections and can set you up with the best folks for loans and inspections. She also does her homework on towns and properties to give solid advice. The best part is she is honest and never pushy. She is a great buying or selling agent. I have purchased and sold houses through her since I moved back to NH and I will not work with anyone else. I highly recommend her!!

Sandy knows the Exeter area better than anyone. Sold our house in less than ten days for more than we thought we could get. She is well connected in the community and will bring in the right buyers for your home.
