Proud to be born in San Francisco, Sandy’s family moved to Pleasanton where she grew up...though she has had many addresses —Vista, Hollywood, Redondo Beach, Pensacola, and then back to San Francisco. Taking part in the sale of her great uncle Jack and great aunt Claire's Greenbrae home was the impetus for her to settle in wonderful Marin. That experience, as well as seeing her parents purchase homes in her formative years, opened her eyes to the joys of real estate. In 2002, she made a life-changing career move by getting her real estate license and joining The Madison Company Realtors—one of the best decisions she has ever made.
With the gift of Irish gab, she has flourished at many companies (Nordstrom, United Airlines, Chico's Casual Clothing...) and waited many tables, all to hone that "situational awareness" that creates successful service.
She has an innate love of detective work (probably from reading too many mysteries). This comes in handy when ferreting out the right home for her buyer clients, or when combing through purchase contracts to make sure her sellers know all the pertinent details of their sale.
She received a B.S. in Studio Art from The University of West Florida, Pensacola and had memorable travels in Europe in 1996. As a SAG/AFTRA union member since 1980, she has performed in TV commercials and voice-over work. Do you enjoy Sausage McMuffins with egg? That was her who introduced those to the world in 1984.
She takes immense joy in daily brisk walks with her Marin Humane rescue boy Champ, cooking hearty soups and stews, karaoke, and a liberal use of the comma.
She works hard for each and every client, striving to provide the independent, honest and positive real estate experience that exemplifies what the Madison Company Realtors has done since 1978. She is proud to be celebrating her 20th year in real estate in 2022 and looks forward to providing her clients the service they deserve for another 20 years
