This is an update. If I could double the 5 Stars I gave Sandy, I would. She got us to the finish line with selling my mom's house and gracefully made the process seamless. She was communicative every step of the way and helped us get through some hurdles, like bats in the attic. We moved those tenants out and got the house in tip top shape for the new owners. Sandy got me through it all without me stressing out or feeling overwhelmed. There aren't many agents like her, she goes well above and beyond for her clients. Thank you for everything Sandy!!!! You are the BEST!

Before Sell:
I am currently working with Sandy and she is a true Gem!!! I don't know how I was lucky enough to find her but she is the real deal! Sandy goes above and beyond to get a house ready to sell and she cares to do it right. She will tell you honestly what needs to happen and knows the right people to get things done. I will write another review when we sell but she has been so amazing that I wanted to post a review now. There are not many people that would care or go the distance like Sandy has. If you are looking for the right agent...Sandy is it!!!!

We were able to get our home listed quickly, and had multiple offers after the first weekend of showing, selling within 1-month! Sandy took care of ancillary items for us given that we lived out of town, and had solutions lined up for any potential problem. We are soon to be empty nesters looking for a home that we would not have to just settle for. We had many must have things we wanted in a home. Sandy was up for the challenge. She worked seemingly night and day (without complaining) trying to find us the home that would meet our needs. We lived three hours away and could only go view homes on the weekend. So, during the week, she would put a comprehensive list together and have a complete itinerary ready for us Saturday morning. She always had the insight and in depth info for every property. If she did not have a piece of information, she would get it within hours. She has got to be one of the most honest, hard working Realtors we have ever worked with. She did NOT act like a salesman pressuring us to buy. She was very patient and understanding. She kept saying, we will find your house. Sandy truly wants to make your stressful house search an easy one for you. She is kind, knowledgeable, prepared and connected. You would be crazy to not use her to find a home or sell the one you have.

When we found out we were moving halfway across the country to Virginia, I did a google search for realtors with VA loan experience. Sandy is on Dave Ramsey’s list of recommended realtors and is very familiar with the VA loan process. We worked with her long-distance to purchase a house and she was very prompt, professional, and motivated to help us find one. She took us on videochat tours of multiple houses until we found what we were looking for. When the time came to sell that home and purchase a new one, once again Sandy was there to help us. It became a complicated ordeal with many delays and bumps in the road-but Sandy never quit working to meet our needs and guide us through the ups and downs. I cannot imagine going through all of that without her help and support. She does her profession great credit, and she is a genuinely good person as well.

We listed our home and within a week Covid-19 started shutting things down. People stopped traveling and home sales came to a stand still. Not a good time for sellers nor their realtors. But, Sandy kept advertising and promoting our home. It was sold within the six month contract. We've used her to sell a home, buy a home and then sell that home. Hopefully, we won't be selling or buying anytime soon. But, when we do, if we're in the area, we will use her and Keller Williams again.
