Sandy Phillips

She relocated back to the Crystal Coast in 2002 from the Raleigh area where she began her real estate career in 1979. Since her husband and her both grew up in coastal North Carolina, it was only natural they would want to return to live and work in the beautiful area.

Her goal in real estate has always been to provide exceptional service and total commitment to her client’s best interests. Her real estate career has included sales, sales management and sales training while being actively involved with the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, Outer Banks Association of Realtors, Carteret County Association of Realtors, Jacksonville/Onslow County Board of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors. She is a graduate of the Council of Residential Brokerage Managers (CRB), and the Realtor’s Institute (GRI) and have diligently maintained her professional skills and knowledge of the real estate industry through continuing education.

When she is not working with her clients, her love of animals and dedication to animal rescue keeps her very busy. Her husband and her have rescued and given shelter to many cats and dogs over the years.
