Sandy Reavill

Sandy Reavill is an on-the-go Agent and Associate Broker with Willow Brook Realty. Sandy is a Licensed REALTOR and Broker serving all of Vermont and New Hampshire. Sandy is a New England native with a deep love for outdoor sports and four-season living. She grew up in Connecticut, where she owned a successful retail florist business in the Farmington Valley for many years. Sandy’s business experience put her in touch with a family’s needs during transitional life events and she attributes this experience as integral to her ability to support both buyers and sellers through the process of purchasing or selling real estate. She says that no two clients are alike, that everyone processes differently and she feels comfortable adjusting her approach to the individual, saying “Some buyers see one property and know it is their future home while others need to see dozens of homes to know when they’ve found the right one - I just love the process!” Sandy has also been an independent school teacher and department chair (secondary school mathematics), another collection of experiences that she says helped her to understand how to support families through one phase of life and into the next. She followed her own family to Quechee, Vermont in 2017 and, in addition to following the real estate market, has been an active member of the Vermont and New Hampshire horse communities as an Interscholastic Equestrian Association Coach for high school. Sandy is a fur-mom to a retired Holsteiner named Lilly and a red-headed Standar Poodle named Hopper. Sandy raised four children in New England who share her love for the outdoors and she is ready to help you find your perfect home!
