About Sandy

I relocated from the North Fork of Long Island, NY to North Carolina in 2006. I am a lifelong horse person and sheltie owner. I own and operate Quiet Meadow Farm, a hunter/jumper farm, along with my husband who is a professional horse trainer and my sheltie named Wendell.
Shortly after relocating to North Carolina in 2006, I decided to work selling real estate rather than developing real estate as I had done in NY. My experience along with my strong work ethic, gives me the knowledge and ability to walk you through your transaction as easily as possible.
In 2012 I was extremely proud to have qualified for the Raleigh Association of Realtors TOP PRODUCERS COUNCIL, which is reserved for the realtors that are ranked at the very top of our association based on volume of sales. In 2013 I was honored to be a partner at Realty World Carolina Properties and remained there until 2023 when I became the owner and Broker in Charge of Carolina One Realty. The same year I was listed as one of the Top 100 realtors in the Triangle.
