Born in the Dominican Republic, Santiago emigrated to the U.S. when he was three with his family. After 12 years in Miami, his family chose Grand Rapids as their new home, and they have now remained here for over 25 years. The promise of a quality of life that West Michiganders have come to appreciate is what has drawn and kept Santiago here. Since then, he has immersed himself in the rich culture that West Michigan has to offer. He enjoys exploring restaurants, neighborhoods, and the unique diversity that has become a part of the city’s fabric. This enthusiasm is evident in how he serves his clientele.
