Love love love Santina! There’s not enough good things I can say about Santina. She cares about you and she’s honest. Things you don’t think about, Santina already did and she’s two steps ahead. Her communication is on point! She always gets back to you right away. She learns you and what you want and need for a house. Anyone you come in contact with that has worked with Santina or interacted, their first reaction is that they LOVE her. During this crazy market, Santina remained patient the whole time and was able to keep me calm. I am thankful for Santina.

We are having a home built and needed to sell our current home, which we purchased seven years ago using Santina as our agent. She did such a great job, we decided to hire her to assist with the current sale. Within the first few days of listing our home we had 6 offers and sold our home for 6% above the asking price. Santina used an amazing professional photographer to showcase our home and had a 3D tour added to our online listing. Santina was always patient and kind during a very stressful time. She returned calls, texts, and emails almost immediately. Once we were under contract Santina prepared everything and our closing was a breeze. I would not hesitate to use Santina again in the future.

It's been 7 years since Santina helped us buy our home and we're so happy we chose her. She cheerfully and patiently worked with us for over a year until we had found the perfect home for our family, and she helped us sell our old home as well. She ensured the buying and selling process was smooth, and I don't recall it being stressful at all. We'll probably never have to utilize her realtor services again, as she did such an amazing job the first time, we'll likely never move! However, she's been an invaluable resource through the years as we've made updates and renovations to our home. Everyone she recommended has been top notch. Santina Mannino sold our home two years ago and when we recently decided to put our current home for sale we decided Santina would do the best job for us and provide professional realtor service others couldn’t provide. We were correct in our thought since Santina provided us with superior care in selling our home for the best price and the photos/3D videos sold our home in one week. The inspection caused problems we were able to fix, but the reassurance and guidance Santina provided to us was way beyond what most could handle and we appreciate the expertise Santina provided to us.
We would highly recommend Santina Mannino as your realtor and know you will not be disappointed at all.

I do not even know where to begin. Santina was our realtor for three homes (sold, rented, bought our first). The best way would most likely be to say we consider Santina a friend in our years knowing her.

Santina's best asset would be that of her person. She's just an unbelievable person. Very kind, very funny, and happy. We knew that prior to the initial selling of our first home, but learned so much more about her.

From a business perspective, Santina is a strong business person. She listens to the needs of her customers and nails this down so the process becomes effortless for the homeowner(s). Santina is a fierce negotiator on behalf of her clients, but also knows where to draw boundaries to create win-win situations. She is tireless in her efforts (we had to tell her to take time to herself oftentimes). Santina is a clear communicator to all parties.

We were always told selling, renting, and first time home buying is supposed to be stressful. With Santina, and her excellent referral network (Lisa at Summit Mortgage, Peggy at the title office), contractors, and various others, nothing seemed stressful or of effort.

I hope this review offers some justice as our family cannot express enough gratitude for everything. Thank you, Santina, for everything!
