Sara Cervino

Sara Cervino is an Associate Broker with Illuminate Real Estate Services, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout Central New York, including Cicero, Clay, Liverpool, and the surrounding areas. Having grown up in the Village of Liverpool and spending much of her time at her family’s camp in Quebec, Sara developed a deep appreciation for both community and the outdoors at an early age.
Before entering real estate, Sara built a strong foundation in customer service and work ethic through her roles in inside sales and as a letter carrier. In 2012, she made the decision to pursue real estate—a career move that quickly became a true passion.
With over a decade of experience, Sara is known for her organization, clear communication, and proactive approach. She has continued to expand her knowledge through additional courses and certifications, allowing her to better educate, advise, and advocate for her clients in an ever-changing market. Much of her business comes from past clients and referrals, a reflection of the relationships she builds and the level of service she provides.
Whether working with first-time home buyers, sellers, or those building a custom home, Sara takes pride in helping her clients feel informed and confident in their decisions. She understands that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions her clients will make and treats each transaction with the same care and attention she would give her own.
Sara is actively involved in the Cicero-Plank Road Chamber of Commerce, where she supports local businesses and helps strengthen connections within the community. She lives locally with her husband, Matt, a career firefighter, and their daughter, and values the relationships she builds with her clients—many of whom become long-term friends.
