Ms. Cummings-Bauknecht began her Real Estate career in 2001 in Clifton Park, NY where she worked in Multi Family mixed use sales and Leasing. She was well trained on all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, new construction, commercial leasing, volume mass property management, and sales. While climbing the corporate ladder, she was acquired by the Solomon Organization to oversee the management and construction rehab of Three apartment communities in Albany NY while holding her license at Remax Premier, an independent real estate Firm located in the Capital District.
At the completion of the projects for The Solomon organization, Ms.
Cummings-Bauknecht went on to work via contract for Merchant
Development Companies out of California. Though she was based out of
the Greater Metro NYC area, Ms. Cummings-Bauknecht traveled the
entirety of the greater east coast for the merchant builds, property
management and sales of the massive, luxury apartment buildings that
were being built, marketed and sold under her expertise.
In mid 2012, Ms. Cummings-Baucknecht moved from the City to the
northern part of the capital district and affiliated with a local sector of a
national real estate firm. She joined ReMax Park Place and continued to
practice commercial real estate while dabbling in the ever growing new
construction residential market. After completing a total of 7 new
construction transactions with reputable and award winning Builders as well as a few single family resales, Ms. Cummings-Bauknecht decided to
embrace her Development and Commercial talents.
Their firm is now the City’s most progressive, innovative, and leading firm in Development and Sales for the Capital District and is currently based out of the Historic City of Saratoga Springs, NY.
