We loved working with Sarah. She is very personable and profession. She was patient with us while we searched for the perfect home. It didn't take long for her to pick up on our style and get to know us. She knew so much about the homes, like the quality of the windows. She made sure as buyers we were getting a quality home that will last us a lifetime! Highly recommend Sara!

We cannot recommend Sara enough! My husband and I recently worked with Sara to buy our first home, and she made the process enjoyable and relatively painless. Sara listened carefully to what we wanted in a home and helped translate that into a reality. Finding a home amid the Covid pandemic and a tight sellers’ market certainly brought its challenges, but Sara patiently and enthusiastically took on the many roles of realtor, confidant, therapist, advocate, and scavenger hunter.

As soon as we walked into a house, Sara got right to work checking on the quality of the windows and durability of the floors; she always examined the age of the HVAC system and inspected the roof and siding for any obvious disrepair. We often had a mere 15 minutes to decide if a house had the potential to be a home, and it was incredibly reassuring that Sara focused on checking the structural integrity of the property so we could focus on deciding if the space met our long-term needs.

We felt at completely at ease trusting Sara when it came time to deciding the terms of an offer. She has an intimate knowledge of the current market and worked hard to ensure that we never overbid on a house, despite the current frenetic bidding environment. When we were working with the sellers of our new home, Sara and her team followed up all negotiated repairs to make certain that everything was in order by the time we closed on the property.

Sara told us that whatever house we ended up in would be exactly the house we were meant to find. She was right. We certainly did not find everything on our wish list, but our new home and the surrounding neighborhood have exceeded our expectations! We cannot thank Sara, Marti and the whole Reidell-Estey & Associates team enough for helping us find our first home.
