If I could give Sara a million stars I would! We were nervous about selling especially being 6 hours away, but we instantly felt like we were in good hands after talking with Sara. She went to work right away and had our property sold for asking price before it even had time to sit on the market. I don't even think she had time to put up her sign lol…We had some issues with previous owners mortgage company using the wrong legal description for a mortgage on the adjoining section so title flagged our property as having a lien, which it did not. This threatened our closing but Sara didn't waste time, she got to the bottom of it and had it corrected fast enough that we even got to close way ahead of schedule. I think if it weren't for Sara our situation would have been alot more stressful and drawn out much longer. Truly a godsend, don’t hesitate to team up with her, you wont regret it!

It has been a tough couple of years looking for properties that would fit the multi-purpose use that we needed. By the time we met Sara, we had already been working with 2 or more other realtors who came up shorthanded with our needs. Even though our first time looking at property with Sara, the properties available were not a good match for our needs. But amazingly a few months went by when Sara reached out to me, out of the blue and said she found the property she knows that I was searching for. She was right. I’ve known Sara for years! When we started to consider buying and selling I reached out to her because of the area we were potentially looking at. We casually looked for probably at least 6 months before we found what we were after. Sara was always so patient. Always taking time to show us houses we wanted to see but never pressuring us to make offers. She always stressed she wanted us to be happy and wait for what was right for us. She never made us feel like we were a nuisance even as the house hunting dragged on for months. When we finally found a house we wanted to make an offer on she was very helpful and provided great strategies to help us put together the best offer. We then listed our house. She put a lot of effort in to making sure our listing was perfect and would bring what we needed! We had multiple offers to choose from and she helped us decipher and negotiate our different offers. While under contract to buy and sell she made sure to touch base and make sure everything was on track to close on time!
I can’t recommend Sara enough for any real estate needs!
