I have been a real estate agent for 24 years and absolutely LOVE it! I have sold houses from $20,000 (a burnout) to $1 million -- and everything in between. I "give it my all" on every transaction, whether it's working with first-time home buyers -- and I am always excited to help someone get into their first home -- or "down-sizers," I want to help them find the almost-perfect home! (There's really no such thing as the PERFECT home!) I also work with a lot of investors and try to help them find a good deal that they can use to help build their wealth. There's no house too small or too large for me to list -- and I try to target each and every home to the right pool of buyers. With buyers, I try to educate them on what to look for -- and what to avoid -- and familiarize them with neighborhoods and schools. This is a very rewarding business to be in!
