Sara Jung has been a leader in real estate finance for over 17+ years and is an active investor in residential and multifamily properties. Founding member of Legacy Bloom Investments, her passion is to help people with passive income real estate strategies as it provides opportunities for financial freedom.


Her broad range of experience in real estate finance includes underwriting and origination in new construction, renovation programs, affordable housing programs and multifamily residential financing. Having funded over 1 Billion in real estate transactions over her career, she built a highly successful mortgage business that won multiple President’s club awards over several years for top sales performance, and in 2018 was named in the Top 1% of Mortgage Originators in the country.


Her track record in sales, marketing and operations has resulted in customer service and operational excellence, gaining loyalty from her team, clients and business partners alike. She is passionate about educating investors on how to invest in real estate to build long term wealth. She lives in the greater Sacramento area with her family.
