Sara helped me with the sale of my home and the purchase of a new one. She worked beyond the normal work day hours to plan our days of looking at homes on the market and helping with paperwork, etc. She kept track of progress of repairs, and the paperwork preparations. She is a great agent!

Sara sold our home above listing price in less than one week! And that is only part of the story! Sara was recommended to us as the best realtor in the area, and we could not agree more. Given that we were not living in Virginia, Sara needed to coordinate all the contractors for us, to spruce up the house and make it ready for sale. She went above and beyond the call of duty for us in every imaginable way. Sara was responsive to all our requests, she communicated with us in a timely manner, and she was always kind, encouraging and extremely professional. From the professional photographs to the individual home website to the perfect staging, Sara gave us sound advice and helped us through the entire process from start to finish in a seamless manner.
