Sara is a Realtor of Green Bay "Heritage and Tradition," a multi-million dollar producer and a 4th generation realtor. The Olejniczak family has enjoyed over 100 years of selling real estate in the Green Bay and surrounding areas. Great-grandfather John Olejniczak began this rich tradition, followed by Grandfather Dominic Olejniczak who had successful tenures both as mayor and Packer President winning Super Bowl I & II, as well as several championships during the storied Lombardi era.
Her father, Mark Olejniczak, founded Mark D. Olejniczak Realty in 1980. In her time with the company, she has become a high producing veteran realtor that enjoys contributing to the Olejniczak team. Sara specializes in residential, commercial, investments, and vacant land sales. She works hand in hand with many corporations in the area as well as relocation.
Sara is a lifelong resident of the Green Bay area, Notre Dame Academy alumni, bachelor's degree from UW-Stevens Point, Master's from Lesley University of Cambridge Mass., former teacher and "Apple Award" nominee, former Championship winning assistant coach for Notre Dame women's basketball team. Sara is happily married Ryan Laughlin, a successful partner with Wipfli & Associates. They are members of Oneida Country Club.
Sara was President of the Allouez Business Association 2009-2015 and continues to be an active member. Sara has donated time helping children in reading programs. She enjoys sailing, running, ballroom dancing, oil painting and, of course, is an avid Packer fan.
