I am so impressed with SaraBeth Owens! I had lived in a big, old farmhouse for 34 years when I decided to sell it. It was a big job to clear it out for sale. SaraBeth listened as I worked out my strategy for tackling the project. She was always encouraging and ready with praise for my progress. She reassured me that people would love the house and we could sell it "as is." She was right. I'm so glad I listened to her every step of the way from setting the price to limiting the number of days to leave it on the market. I ended up with nine offers and accepted an all cash offer $90,000 over asking. SaraBeth was skillful in managing my expectations so that I didn't set my hopes too high and then was adept at negotiating a counter offer that got me more than I dreamed possible. SaraBeth has earned my trust and I look forward to finding my new dream home and relying on SaraBeth's skills to secure it. She's the best!

We worked with SaraBeth finding our new home in the Bellingham area. The competition for purchasing a home in this area was fierce. SaraBeth was consistently very quick to respond to questions or concerns regarding our search, she would pull records to identify property information from various resources (typically within an hour or two of the request). She was able to speak with colleagues to get us in to view a house quickly and was very knowledgeable about home issues.
