Sarah Beth was recommended to me by several people in New Haven. I contacted her because I was a first-time homebuyer who wanted to get an idea of the local market, with no firm plans to buy. She took me seriously, and helped me find listings that were within my means. She is not pushy, which is amazing, and is really helpful and great at explaining the entire process.

In the end I bought a house sold by owner, which left Sarah Beth out of the process. Even with no stake in the game, she answered questions for me and stuck with me through the house inspection. I'll definitely be contacting her when it's time for me to sell.

We had a fantastic experience with Sarah Beth! She made a stressful and unfamiliar process much more manageable. As first time home-buyers, we were new to just about every aspect of the process. Sarah Beth was patient with us as she taught us the ropes, and never pushed us to make decisions we weren't comfortable with. At each step of the homebuying process she advised us expertly; she had an excellent sense of the market conditions and offered good practical advice on what kind of work would be necessary on each home that we toured. In the end she found us the home that was right for us and helped us through a smooth negotiating process. Sarah Beth is such a huge pleasure to work with. She helped us sell our house and buy the one we currently live in. Selling and buying a house can be very stressful but Sarah Beth managed each issue as it arose, was quick to respond to emails and calls, and hunted down pertinent information at city hall, through fellow realtors, even contractors. The advertising and showings she arranged for us (as sellers) were high quality and she sought buyers for us from all sources. In looking for a house to buy, she quickly understood what we were looking for, our budget limits, and showed us what felt like a million places, always with a great attitude and a no-pressure approach. We have encountered so many aggressive, phony, rude, and unprofessional realtors. By contrast, Sarah Beth is so genuine, energetic, undaunted, and thoughtful. We are so grateful we found her. We highly recommend working with Sarah Beth, just as we plan to for all future real estate transactions.

She was able to sell our condo for 20K+ more than previous agents told us to list it at. In addition, she found us the perfect rental in the New Haven. My wife and I had the esteemed pleasure of working with Sarah Beth on purchasing a new home in East Haddam, CT. She was recommended to us through a mutual acquaintance, and they had nothing but great things to say about Sarah Beth. I can confidently say, they undersold just how truly wonderful Sarah Beth is a real estate agent. From the very beginning of introductions, to the final signatures on the closing documents, Sarah Beth was top notch. She is not pushy. She is not lazy. She is not greedy. Quite frankly, she is the polar opposite. She allowed us to make decisions that were best for us, not her or Seabury Hill. She was always quick to respond to emails, text messages, and phone calls. She is organized, professional, and competent. I've heard horror stories about people buying houses, but our experience with Sarah Beth was delightful. She provided guidance when we needed it, but also allowed us to fully understand the process all along the way.
