Sarah Blaise Hay-Arthur

I am originally from the Chicago area but have lived in Northern Colorado most of my life. I graduated from Fort Collins High School and earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from CU Boulder and an MBA from Colorado State University. I started working at Woodward, Inc. when I was just 14 years old and grew in the company for the next 28 years, ultimately becoming the Director of Engineering. My background in engineering honed my problem-solving skills and instilled a strong work ethic that I have carried into my real estate endeavors.
While I became a real estate agent in 2015, my connection with real estate actually dates back to 1999 when I started investing in properties. Over the years, I've amassed a wealth of experience and skills that translate seamlessly into my work as an agent. I'm not just a real estate professional; I'm a hands-on home remodeler and a licensed general contractor with expertise in electrical work, plumbing, framing, tiling, roofing, and painting, among other essential skills. With my extensive professional background and strong project management skills, I can oversee the real estate process from start to finish, ensuring you get the best deal. I'm happily married with three kids and a young step-daughter — plus our cat, Teacup. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing tennis, skiing, biking, and just about any outdoor activity. I also have a passion for home renovation and love taking on projects that allow me to apply my skills and creativity. I'm a volunteer for the Red Cross, giving back to my community and making a positive impact where I can.
