Sarah grew up in Lake Bluff, Illinois. Her father was in the Navy and stationed at Great Lakes. If you have gone to boot camp in Illinois, you will know how cold it is.
She moved to San Diego from Illinois to go to Point Loma University. Sarah was a liberal studies major and received her teaching credential from Point Loma. She also attended San Diego State University to get a couple of special education credentials. A few years later she went to school for her MBA in school administration.
She has been in the field of education for 30 years. When she retired, she decided that she wanted to do something that would still impact families in a positive way. It is so exciting when you see in a buyer’s eyes that look that says, “I found the home of my dreams.” Being there for sellers as they move from one chapter to the next is also a rewarding experience. She appreciates those that entrust this journey with her.
Sarah is married to her husband Michael. They have two children, Cristina and Tyler. Cristina graduated from San Diego State University and is also a real estate agent with United. Tyler goes to college at San Diego Christian College. He is majoring in business management. They were blessed with their first grandchild in 2017. Liam will be two in March and loves trucks and balls and building things with his grandpa. Their furry family consists of two dogs and three cats. Each with their unique personality and full of love.
