Sarah Capezzuto

I am more than just a real estate sales person. I have experience in several areas of real estate. After earning a BS degree in finance, I went on to attain an MBA from Baldwin Wallace. For over 20 years, I worked in banking, handling residential equity loans and commercial loans. I then changed roles within the real estate field and served as a property manager and real estate coach, helping more than 5000 investors nationwide invest in commercial properties. I am also a real estate investor myself. I currently own over 130 units and own/manage over 4000 sqft of office space. Additionally, I have successfully flipped 6 houses.
