Licensed in New York and Connecticut, Sarah an intimate knowledge of the local market. She works tirelessly for both buyers and sellers and aims to surprise and delight along the way. Sarah DeRise moved to Westchester with her growing family in 2013. Previously residing in the Upper West Side of New York City, London, England, and Hoboken, NJ, Sarah has moved house more times that she would like to count. Whether changing neighborhoods, cities, or countries, each move brought the opportunity to explore the landscape and discover new favorites.

A graduate of Pace University (M.B.A) and St. Lawrence University (B.A.), Sarah travelled the country and the world planning corporate events for financial institutions. Taking time to focus on her family, Sarah dove into community service, working on the PTA, volunteering with the La Leche League, and developing relationships throughout the community.

Sarah has always been interested in real estate and has window shopped homes in all kinds of locales. In searching for her own home, Sarah learned the value of balancing the emotional and the practical. She has a vision for what a house can be, and the knowledge and experience on how to make it happen. Sarah specializes in finding that "just right" house. She believes the most important question to ask prospective buyers is, "How do you want to live?", because the How will help you find the What and the Where.

Sarah currently lives in Tuckahoe, NY with her husband and 4 children. When she finds a rare moment of free time, she enjoys gardening, yoga, hiking, and cooking.
