I was talking with some family and friends about moving into the South county area. I wasn't really familiar with the residential side, only commercial and shopping areas. I also started looking online for a new residence on my own. I guess Facebook was able to skim this data, so one day when I was just casually scrolling through my feed, her page came across as one to follow. I figured since Facebook was able to get that data, maybe their algorithms will get me connected with an agent that would fit my needs. Long story short, that ended up being the case. I finally decided to reach out while I was on a quick break at work, so I sent a brief text introducing myself and what I was looking for. She responded back quickly, saying that she was excited to help me and she will get right on looking for homes that met my criteria. Shortly after, she got back to me with a few potential places of interest. Throughout the whole process, she was kind, professional, and definitely listened to me and took into consideration things that I was looking for. She was much more knowledgeable than me about South County as well as the current trends in that area. To sum up, we were able to find a great place that checked off everything on my list in Mehlville. I'm now fully moved, and still happy with the decision. If I had to do it all over again, it would definitely be with Sarah!
