Sarah helped me find my first home a few years ago, and I had a very enjoyable and easy experience with her. Of course I contacted her again this year when my husband and I were ready to start the process of selling and then buying a new home. It can be a very difficult and stressful process buying and selling at the same time, but Sarah helped us find the exact home we were searching for, and then helped us sell our house very quickly in this tough current market. She is very experienced, confident, and great at what she does!
Sarah worked very hard to help us succeed, and made herself available any time of day or late in the evenings for showings, phone calls, and texts. We would recommend her to all of our friends and family!

When the first offer fell through Sarah quickly relisted the house and had it sold in the same week timeframe! Sarah is very diligent until the sale is complete and final.

Sarah Gravelle is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about how many showings the property had scheduled each day. The property had 2 open to the public days and she kept us informed of how many people came in. Going thru the offers was easy and informative with her by my side. I have worked with Sarah in the past but this was different as I was in charge of a estate sale. She was honest and forthright. My daughters and son in laws have had Sarah as their agent for buying and selling also. She has been adopted in to this family!
