Sarah has my highest recommendation! She communicates and listens to your needs. And she knows the market, which is constantly changing, better than anyone. My experience with her selling my home in historic Annapolis during COVID was the best. She knows the historic district very well as she lives in the historic district herself and knows the unique characteristics of each property. Because of COVID, I requested a quick sale with minimal showings. I was also hoping to sell the property "as-is" which can be difficult as it takes a certain set of buyers with a vision on how to make improvements. So I know I put some tough limitations on her, but she was able to find a buyer in one week without even listing the property! We closed very quickly at a sale price much higher than I anticipated with no issues or hiccups . Everything was seamless. And she was in constant communication the entire time through text messages, voice calls, and email to make sure I knew the next steps. When selecting a realtor, I highly recommend giving Sarah a call to discuss your options. She will listen to your needs and work with you on the best approach that suits YOU.

We highly recommend Sarah Morse for both buying and selling a house. Her integrity, experience, responsiveness, and market knowledge made the whole process flow smoothly. Sarah has a number of strengths but a major one is her brilliant marketing strategy. Thanks to Sarah's guidance, our house sold quickly and for the best possible price. We had multiple offers well over asking price on the first day. Sarah was also the buyers agent for the purchase of our new home. She was a great help to us in working through our evolving requirements. We are thrilled with the house she found for us and much appreciated her help in navigating the inspection process. Sarah has a large number of excellent contacts in all aspects of real estate including inspections, finance, title company, etc. Our inspection process was complicated due to the nature of the house. Sarah arranged the process and was with us every step of the way. My husband and I are grateful for Sarah’s professional help in buying and selling our homes. She couldn’t have made the process any easier or more successful. It was a real pleasure working with her.

I have worked with Sarah three times for three different real estate purchases / sales in three different states. Each time my husband and I relied on Sarah's unique blend of real estate expertise combined with her talent recruitment insights from her previous career to match us with a realtor in far-away places. Each time she assessed our needs and turned over rocks to hunt for someone who would be the best fit for us. In two of the cases the agents were relatively new agents who showed a lot of promise - people we would have never found on our own, but who went to the mat on our behalf. One of them helped us sell a house that had been on the market for 6 months with a blue chip agent; the innovative agent that Sarah found had multiple offers for us on the first day of listing.
