When we were looking for a home in Rochester Sarah was our realtor by chance. After that purchase, I can say it is the first time I could say I would recommend a realtor. When we were ready to sell our home Sarah was the only realtor I considered. She knows the market and the area as well as anyone. It may be hard to believe but, we sold our home in about a week and handled many things that popped up with a quick email. If you choose anyone other than Sarah... good luck. Just go with Sarah and you will have no regrets, why take a chance with anyone else when there is a proven realtor available?
