I was recommended Sarah by the out of state realtor where I was living to sell an inherited home in California. Sarah was incredibly understanding of the sensitive nature of the transaction yet still amazingly knowledgeable and efficient. My home was sold quickly and Sarah arranged for movers who packed the items left behind and personally drove them two states away to my door. We were late getting to market right at the time rates started rising (husband and I slow to pull the trigger), but Sarah took us through end to end— offered advice, pros and cons and helped guide us to decisions we felt we could own.

Sarah and Kelly are our realtors! We kind of started the process of selling our home without any real idea of what we wanted or where we would end up. Sarah was able to really show us how much value was in our current home. We were blown away with what she was able to sell our home for. She was professional every step of the way and pushed our process along to make everything happen.

Kelly and Sarah were very patient with us... taking us to homes all over Long Beach, Seal Beach, and Rossmoor. Their knowledge of the area, schools, and pros and cons of each house was great. When we wanted to see something, they could make it happen quickly. We never felt like they weren’t responsive... if anything they moved quicker than we thought was possible. We almost made an offer late on a Sunday night on a house we would have regretted, they saved us from making a mistake by finding out that one of our major plans wouldn’t have been possible with that house.

In the end, we think we’ve ended up in our forever home, which is much more than we thought possible when we started!! We are so happy that we chose IRG to find our family’s new home!

This is a real review and I don't get paid or given a gift or a gift card for this review. Iam a true Sarah Ireland fan.
Sarah Ireland was very knowledgeable about where we wanted to relocate. Back on 2017, my husband and I were looking for a new place to live, after having bad experiences in our old neighborhood and next door neighbor (lots of stealing and etc). We started researching about safe areas around a 15-20 mile radius, and we were luckily introduced to Sarah. She was almost a almanac regarding Rossmoor and Long Beach, as she was a resident herself. She lives in the area and knows everyone. She really made us feel comfortable. We ended up finding our first house in Rossmoor with her help. We lived there for about a year, while we got to know the neighborhood. After about a year, we decided we wanted to upgrade and get a bigger property inside Rossmoor and build our own custom home, like some of the home around the area. Sarah to the rescue! We entertained the idea of other "known" realtors in the area, either he was too busy for us or our house was not up to par. So, we felt immediately comfortable with Sarah. There was NO Pressure, all information and suggestions that will benefit US - a sale. We sold our house using Sarah and bought a home using Sarah again.

She was so helpful and ended up helping us again with our second property. She was able to sell our property in Rossmoor above the asking price and she was able to locate and start the offer process with the 2nd property. Oh man.... what would I do without her? She was knowledgeable regarding all paper work, comparable sales and suggestions on selling the house FAST!!! All of her suggestions were reasonable in costs and if it was expensive, she had fast comparables to show the value for what you get. Awesome realtor. Sarah helped us reach our ideal goals and dreams while saving us money and making us money at the same time.

My husband and I worked with Sarah Ireland to sell our first home and buy our second. We had worked with realtors before but none like Sarah. I truly felt like she became an extension of our family. When we decided to sell our first home, she made us feel so at ease and took so much time getting to know our us. She took care of everything. And if it was something we had to take care of, she explained every step, every piece of paper, and laid things out perfectly so we knew exactly what to do. It was our first time selling and she was so patient with us and our many questions. She spent hours with us at our home during our first meeting just to make sure we were comfortable.
